ICMS Craft Lab grew from years of hands-on experience across woodworking, architectural millwork, manufacturing, construction, project management, estimating, operations, and custom fabrication.
Those disciplines don't usually live in the same shop. At ICMS Craft Lab, they do. The result is a studio that approaches every project with the craft of a woodworker, the precision of a fabricator, and the practical thinking of someone who has managed real projects from concept through completion.
We work in a smaller, more personal environment by design — focused on one-of-a-kind furniture and specialty projects where that combination of skills actually matters.

ICMS Craft Lab uses both traditional woodworking and modern fabrication capabilities — CNC routing, laser engraving, 3D printing, prototyping, fixtures, templates, and digital design. The technology supports craftsmanship, precision, and creative range. It doesn't replace the craft. It extends what's possible.
